1st line Service Desk Analyst – Ref. CEL2077
Based at our Reigate office we are looking for a passionate/driven individual to join an exciting and fast-paced environment. The post holder will act as the first point of contact for all internal and external customer contact with our dedicated service desk. They will undertake all aspects of 1st Line incident management to our customers including the accurate classification and recording of reported Incidents and Service Requests, updating clients with progress, resolving incidents where appropriate, managing and escalating in line with SLA.

2nd line Infrastructure Support Analyst – Ref. CEL2078
Based at our Reigate office we are looking for a passionate/driven individual to join an exciting and fast-paced environment. 3rd Line Infrastructure Analyst – Ref. CEL2080
Based at our Reigate office we are looking for a passionate/driven individual to join an exciting and fast-paced environment. The post holder will act as a 3rd line escalation point for all internal and external customer contact via our dedicated service desk. They will undertake all aspects of 3rd Line support and installations to our customers, resolving incidents, managing and escalating to the Service Desk Manager and/or 3rd parties in line with SLA, where appropriate.

Telemarketing Executive – Ref. CEL2081
We are looking for pro-active, results-oriented individuals to generate qualified leads and book new business opportunities for the Comtec Sales team to convert. Candidates should have excellent customer service skills and be strong communicators at all levels – confident and outgoing, with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional approach. You will need to be able to build strong relationships with both clients and prospects and to both identify and qualify leads.

New Business Executive – Ref. CEL2082
We are looking for pro-active, results-oriented individuals to identify new business opportunities and work to close them with the Comtec team. Candidates should have excellent customer service skills and be strong communicators at all levels – confident and outgoing, with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional approach. You will need to be able to build strong relationships with both clients and prospects and to both identify and close leads.

Sales Account Managers – Ref. CEL2083
We are looking for pro-active, results-oriented individuals to manage the growing client account base at Comtec, this role will include running accounts on a daily basis and identifying new opportunities within them to grow the account. Candidates should have excellent customer service skills and be strong communicators at all levels – confident and outgoing, with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional approach.
